The Australian Outback Club

The 'outback' name signifies that most of what is best in Australian country and adventure wear clothing is available at the Australian Outback Club.

The Australian Outback Club is famous for its wide range of Kangaroo and Crocodile products.

Alongside the adventure wear is a major selection of some of Australia's most famous fashion including Helen Kaminkski hat's and bags, and some really exciting dresses, tops and slacks made from local cotton and hemp.

For men there are shirts, slacks, jumpers and shoes from companies like Ganton and Savan and the exciting range from Goondiwindi Cotton.

Rivers

Rivers are based in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia. We currently have over 50 retail stores throughout Australia, with Port Douglas being our first Far North Queensland store.

For over 10 years the name Rivers has been synonymous with quality, comfort and craftsmanship. The look is untamed, outlined in the best tradition of Australian country style, functional design, quality construction and carefully selected natural products.

Our Rivers factory in Ballarat has its own division for quality control where the testing laboratory is amongst the most advanced in the Southern Hemisphere, thus providing our customers with total quality.

The Rivers range offers over 100 lines of footwear and over 200 lines of clothing for both men and women.

Our footwear range extends from the smart dress shoe through to the summer sandal, with the Rivers boat shoe being one of our most popular styles. Rivers use mainly fullgrain, naturally tanned leathers in their shoes.

Our clothing range pays great attention to detail. All fabrics used are 100% natural to provide our customers with more comfort and giving our garments more durability. We carry a range of summer and winter clothing in out Port Douglas store to meet the needs of all our different visitors and our locals.
